The time-limited guidance is designed for people who would like to begin investigating the 10 Fetters without waiting for a long-term place. For three months, you receive written guidance, take part in the group meetings, and gain access to the community.
From time to time, I receive enquiries from people who would like to begin investigating the 10 Fetters.
At the same time, the places in my long-term guidance are often fully occupied. Until now, this usually meant waiting until a place became available.
To make it easier for new people to get started, I am now offering one additional place for a time-limited period of guidance.
Why This Option?
Most people who work with the 10 Fetters stay in guidance for a longer period of time. There are good reasons for that.
The investigation is simple, but it often challenges deeply held assumptions about who we are and how we experience the world. Many questions only become clear through direct experience and ongoing exploration.
At the same time, there are always people who would like to begin now rather than wait months for a long-term place to open up.
This additional place is intended for them.
How Does It Work?
For three months, you participate in the guidance just like any other member.
You receive written guidance four days per week, take part in the monthly group meetings, and have access to the community.
During this time, you can become familiar with the investigation, ask questions, and begin exploring for yourself.
The process is the same as in the long-term guidance. The only difference is that this place is limited to three months from the outset.
Who Is It For?
This option may be a good fit if you:
- would like to begin investigating the 10 Fetters
- do not want to wait for a long-term place to become available
- would like to experience this way of working before making a longer commitment
- are willing to investigate regularly on your own
No previous experience is required.
What Happens After Three Months?
The guidance ends automatically after three months.
If no new person has requested the place during that time, an extension may be possible.
However, new applicants have priority. The purpose of this place is to give more people the opportunity to begin the investigation.
One Place Only
There is always only one place of this kind available.
This keeps the guidance personal and manageable while allowing new people to join on a regular basis.
If the place is currently occupied, you are welcome to join the waiting list or take part in one of the open groups.

The investigation of the 10 Fetters is not a belief system and it is not about adopting new concepts.
Instead, we look directly at present experience.
Is there really a separate self to be found?
How do reactions arise?
What is actually experienced, and what is only thought?
The answers are not found in books or provided by a teacher. They are discovered through your own direct experience.
The time-limited guidance offers an opportunity to begin that exploration and take the first steps together.
