Keep Looking – Continuing the Investigation on Your Own

Investigating the self-illusion doesn’t require guidance—but sometimes it helps to have a clear direction.
This article shows how you can continue looking on your own and how the Starter Workbook and Keep Looking fit together.

Investigation Doesn’t Require a Framework

Not every step of this work happens in guidance.

Sometimes you simply want to keep looking—and there isn’t a place available right now.

Or perhaps it’s just the right time to investigate on your own.

That’s not a problem.

And it’s not standing still.

Looking Instead of Thinking

Guidance can be very helpful.

But the investigation itself doesn’t depend on it.

It doesn’t happen through explanations.

And it doesn’t happen through discussion.

It happens through something very simple:

🔹 looking

Thoughts appear.

Sensations are present.

Actions happen.

The question is not what they mean.

The question is:

🔹 What is actually here in direct experience?

A Good Place to Begin

If you’re completely new to this kind of investigation, it can be helpful to first get a feel for this way of looking.

That’s exactly what the Starter Workbook is for.

It offers a quiet introduction to investigating the self-illusion—without assuming any prior experience.

Continuing Without Guidance

Without personal guidance, it’s easy to wonder:

  • Where do I begin?
  • What should I keep looking at?
  • What should I investigate?

Not because anything is missing.

But because a simple structure is helpful.

That’s where this workbook comes in.

Not as a replacement for guidance.

But as a practical way to continue.

Keep Looking

Keep Looking doesn’t mean holding on to something.

It means:

🔹 continuing the investigation on your own

The same questions.

The same areas.

But:

  • independently
  • at your own pace
  • in everyday life

What’s Inside the Workbook?

Over four weeks, the workbook guides you through four areas:

  • thoughts
  • bodily sensations
  • the feeling of “I”
  • control and decisions

Not as theory.

Not as explanations.

But as direct investigation.

The questions are simple.

Yet they often reveal what is usually overlooked in everyday life.

Who Is It For?

This workbook is for people who:

  • have already begun investigating
  • are waiting for a place in personal guidance
  • or simply want to continue on their own

It isn’t an introduction.

It’s the next step.
