Every guidance through the illusion of self is different.
Not because the method changes – but because each person looks in their own way.
Why this is the most beautiful part of guiding.
When I first started guiding people through the illusion of self, my focus was all on the exercises.
I had this collection of questions, experiments, meditations – and I wanted to find out which one might fit best.
In the beginning, each guidance felt like testing:
What helps? What opens something? Where does it get quiet?
But over time, something beautiful happened.
I began to see that the real beauty isn’t in the exercises – it’s in the person doing them.
Everyone brings their own way of looking.
Some are very physical, feeling every tiny movement, every breath. Others immediately see the structure of thoughts and how they weave together.
Some dive into images, others stay very simple and clear.
And every way is completely right.
Now I love meeting people exactly where they are.
To see what is present.
What questions are alive.
What has already become clear – and what might still be hidden.
No two guidances are alike.
Each one is unique.
And it’s deeply fulfilling to witness – this awakening in all its different colors.
A few examples
There’s someone who looks with incredible sensitivity into bodily sensations.
Even the smallest tensions or movements are noticed – how the impulse to react shows up as energy, and how it fades when truly seen.
Another person describes things very clearly, almost like a researcher – how thoughts arise, twist, connect, and then vanish once it’s seen there’s no solid base.
Someone else looks directly into the space of experience itself.
There’s seeing, hearing, feeling – but no center, no inside or outside. Everything just happens.
Another brings humor and lightness into the process. Looking happens right in daily life – while cooking, working, laughing – and suddenly it’s clear: there’s no one doing any of it.
Some explore deep emotions – grief, anger, longing – and find stillness and love within them.
And someone simply sits in front of a glass, looking quietly – and notices that even space itself changes as recognition dawns.
So different, all of them –
and yet they all lead to the same place: clear and simple seeing.
In the end
Guiding is no longer a method for me.
It’s a meeting.
Always new.
Always different.
And always a small miracle.
