Guilt, fear, confusion, tiredness, tears, the wish to get it right – all of it belongs. Nothing is wrong.
It’s completely natural that many feelings appear along the way. Sometimes there’s guilt, sometimes fear, sometimes simply exhaustion. And sometimes the thought arises that you’re not doing enough, that you’re failing, that you should be looking more deeply.
But this isn’t about doing enough. There’s no scale of effort here. Seeing doesn’t depend on trying. It reveals itself in the middle of life – while breathing, working, cooking, crying.
When fear shows up – fear of missing something, of not being ready – that too belongs. There’s no need to push it away.
Just notice: a sensation here, a thought there, a tightness in the body.
Let it all be part of what’s seen.
It doesn’t have to be perfect or deep. What matters is to return again and again – simply, directly, fresh each time.
Question:
Right now, without using the word “I”, what is here?
And as you look, describe what it’s like to look.
What happens in the body? What thoughts come? What shifts?
Looking itself is the way. Ordinary. Intimate. Alive.

thanks so much. I think the problem with liberation unleashed is that they are putting people through the gate, but they have not had the shift. they have passed all the questions, but no shift . i can see that there is no thinking and no doer in a way. But no shift. I cannot find anyone HEARING. but no shift
Thank you for sharing this so honestly.
Yes, it can happen that the questions are answered correctly, while the seeing hasn’t fully landed yet.
You’re already looking in the right place.
You see that there’s no thinker, no doer, no one who hears.
That clarity is real.
What hasn’t happened yet is the simple falling away of the one who thinks a shift should happen.
And that’s okay.
Just keep coming back to what’s here, right now.
Fresh.
Simple.
The shift doesn’t come from effort – it shows itself when the looking is quiet and direct.
